Shipping

Shipments take place once or twice a week, so orders are expedited within 4 to 5 working days. You will be notified of the progress of your order by email. The package will be delivered within an indicative period of 48 hours to your address for France and up to 20 working days for the rest of the World, by tracked letter.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package and your location. We recommend that you group all of your desired items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

Return an order

If you want to make a return, please let me know as soon as possible after you got your order. The return will be made at your expense in the original packaging, and will only be possible if the product is in the same condition as received. No damaged or soiled product will be refunded.
